Add New Person or Organization

Follow the instructions below to add a new Person or Organization to fiResponse.

Note: After a new Person or Organization has been added to fiResponse you will be able to find that Person or Organization and add them as a Responsible Party on a Report.

1. Click :PersonOrg: to open the Persons & Organizations grid.

2. Click :AddPerson: to add a Person or click :AddOrg: to add an Organization.

3. Complete at least the First Name and Last Name fields for a Person. Complete at least the Name and Organization Type fields for an Organization. Complete other fields as needed. If you want to find and select the Person or Organization as the Landowner on a Report, then you must set the Landowner Kind and Landowner Category for the Person or Organization.

4. Click :SaveChanges: .
