Change Incident Location on Desktop
Follow the steps below to change an incident’s location:
With the preferred incident selected find the Incident Location data group on the Incident Details panel and click Change Location.
Click on the blue dot :LocationDot:.
After clicking on the blue dot :LocationDot: click on the map at the preferred location.
Click Change Location.
Click Yes.
Click Yes to update the Location Description.
Incident Location has been moved. The updated Incident Location will be visible on all platforms.
